Purchase and Installation of Coppersmith copper sink

I was looking for a copper that would replace a stainless steel sink. Coppersmith stepped up and helped me throughout the whole process (design to delivery). The sink was very well packed (wooden crate) with no damage. Even though the sink was a 1/4” off from the cad drawing the sink still worked. Looks great and recommends Coppersmith!! Thanks and well done.

Copper hood

It's been very good with the communication. I unfortunately haven't been able to see it. I'm in Florida and the hood will be installed in Colorado and was delivered there. The contractor has taken care of that part. Excited to see everything this Spring. That will be the first time to actually see it. So I have no photos yet.

Hammered copper hood

We engaged WorldCopperSmith to create a focal point for our kitchen and chose the hammered copper hood. Our hood has been in for a year now and it is as beautiful as when installed. WCS was amazing to work with at every stage of the project, from initial inquiry (sending samples) through delivery. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. There are several decisions to be made beyond style and size, including the ventilation and installation. They were there at every step to ensure success. Their product is of the highest quality and we couldn't be happier with their hood in our reno'd kitchen.

Good product, sound process

We used CopperSmith for a new hood for a major remodel of our kitchen. It was the perfect complement to some great backsplash tile our designer found and the cherry wood cabinets we chose. The ordering and specification process was efficient and thorough, ensuring a perfectly clean installation. If you're considering ordering from them, be sure to request samples early. The website is pretty good, but there's no substitute for seeing the metal that you're ordering. And production takes quite a while, so order early.

They worked directly with my contractor to get the right measurements for the hood and also sent me samples to help me visualize the final product. Our range hood is amazing

Our range hood is amazing !!!! It is of the highest quality . . you can tell it was built by a very skilled craftsman. . . the only one complaint is that our range hood did get held up in customs for quite awhile . . they are made by craftsman all over the world. (well thats what makes them a work of art ) The delay in shipping is a problem unfortunately they have little control over .

I got SO many samples before making my final texture and finish decision because copper, or black or stainless steel were all finishes found in my kitchen. Michael Ciparelli answered a variety of questions as I thought of them. I ordered one to fit a Vent-a-hood insert which I bought elsewhere and Coppersmith made the natural copper bouquet-hammered hood to fit the insert perfectly! The hood had no flaws and came in a crate I hate to dispose of! I'm looking forward to the natural patina developing, but it looks beautiful even before that happens. I will send photos in a day or two. It's too dark to take a nice one tonight.

Quality from Start to Finish

We chose Coppersmith after an unfortunate experience with another company and I can’t believe the difference! From the first interaction with our rep, Alex, my contractor and I knew we were in good hands. He spent time answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns, samples were sent (TONS of them with no hesitation), and there was no pressure or hard upsell. In fact, we ended up spending twice his original recommendation after we saw the samples, just because they were so beautiful. Because of the delay resulting from the error made by our first manufacturer, we were two months behind schedule. Alex did everything he could to speed up delivery and we received our hood a month before the expected delivery date with no compromise in design or quality. The end result was truly stunning. Far beyond what I expected. My contractor even commented that it was exceptional and one of the highest quality hoods he has ever installed. We would recommend Coppersmith to anyone considering a range hood without hesitation.
